Aly Harris

Aly studied dentistry at Kings College, London. She owned a successful private practice in London for 17 years before relocating to Wiltshire. Aly has a special interest in looking after anxious patients and is a trained seditionist. She has a Certificate in Dental Sedation and Pain Management from University College London and a Diploma in Dental Postgraduate Studies from Bristol. Aly accepts private referrals from many dental practices to provide treatment under conscious sedation. She attends numerous post-graduate courses to further her knowledge and keep up to date with current sedation techniques.

With the recent acquisition of our state of the art CEREC machine, Aly is currently attending many courses in order to gain more expertise in this exciting restoration method, which allows us to provide ceramic restorations in a single appointment. Any spare time is spent with her children, dogs and paintbrushes!

Natasha Wareham
Director / Business Manager

Tash studied management at the British Dental Association (BDA) London and created THE dentist alongside Aly in 2004. Tash has also worked as a consultant for the British Dental Association. Tash is passionate about moving the practice forward and running an honest and caring practice not only for you our patients but also so our team can feel valued and work in an environment where they are appreciated and cared for.

On a personal note, Tash is very passionate about animal welfare and volunteers for many animal charities undertaking home checks, providing transport and raising money. With a slight addiction to spots she enjoys showing her beautiful Dalmatians, performing agility and carriage dog training. Tash is also a qualified dog groomer. Tash lives in Wales with her partner James and their dogs, sheep, bunnies and chickens - It's a busy household!
Patricia Cambell

Pat qualified at Guy’s King’s St Thomas Hospital in 2008. She then worked in general practice as well as at King’s College Dental Hospital in London as a Senior House Officer simultaneously for two years carrying out all sorts of treatments from treating anxious adults under sedation to complex restorative cases working with world class Consultants, treating children to taking out complex wisdom teeth. While at dental school, Pat was awarded several awards for the quality of her clinical skills as well as general all around skills. After these two years, Pat was invited back as a Tutor to teach final year undergraduate students on the Acute Dental Care department.

Pat has since worked in private general practice and hugely enjoys the variety general practice brings. She has a special interest in restorative dentistry and endodontics (root canal treatments), as well as cosmetic dentistry including composite bonding, which is to improve the appearance of your front teeth without removing any tooth tissue by adding white composite filling material to the teeth to improve their appearance. Pat is always looking to update her skills and keep up to date with the latest technologies and materials and attends the British Dental Association Annual Dental Conference every year.

Pat is certified to carry out short term adult orthodontics, clear adult braces, which will improve the appearance of your smile usually within six months. She is also certified to carry out facial aesthetic injections such as Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers which will soften and reduce the appearance of facial lines and wrinkles.

Having grown up in Germany, Pat speaks fluent German. In her free time, Pat enjoys running and cycling as well as being a qualified musician playing the piano, violin and flute to diploma level. Relocating to Salisbury, Pat will soon be adding a dog to the family!
Sally Granger

Sally has been practicing at The Dentist for more than 4 years. Her role as a Hygienist/Therapist means she is able to carry out certain items of dental treatment direct to patients or under prescription from a dentist, for more information click here.

As a Therapist, Sally has been specifically trained to deal with most aspects of your child’s needs from basic oral health instruction to having a filling or an extraction.

Direct access to Sally is also available should you wish to have hygiene treatment or a diamond polish before a special occasion without having to see the dentist. She has recently increased her days here at The dentist from Monday to Fridays so availability is much more convenient.

In her spare time Sally is very keen on music gigs and tries to see as many bands as possible each year. She is currently learning to play the drums hoping that one day she may play with a major rock band! She has three grown up children and is always smiling.
Kirstie Norris
Kirstie is our full time receptionist and as front of house she is the first contact when patients call or visit the practice and she makes them feel welcome and at ease. Kirstie is also in charge of the practice development, trying to spread the word about our lovely practice. Kirstie previously worked as a qualified beauty therapist so is keen to develop the spa like feel within our practice ensuring that the patient journey is enjoyable and relaxing.
Amanda Jacques
Dental Nurse

Amanda loves her work and considers herself lucky to have been working as a dental nurse since 1995. Amanda first qualified in dental nursing at Bristol Dental Hospital and subsequently furthered her career to gain post qualifications in dental sedation nursing and oral health education. Amanda enjoys playing a large part in our patients journey and comfort. Amanda is no longer with us as often and she was, but comes in for all of our Sedation treatments.

In her spare time she enjoys going for long uninterrupted walks on a weekend with her family and much loved pet dog Coco.
Sarah Coombes
Dental Nurse

Sarah is a qualified dental nurse and has furthered her career by becoming a fully trained sedation nurse and is also qualified to take impressions.

Sarah has returned back to the practice part time now having 2 beautiful children to look after but has been a long standing team member and loves being back doing a job that she enjoys. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Zoe Noble

Zoe recently qualified as a dental nurse after training at Bristol Dental Hospital. Zoe is a full time dental nurse and is hoping to achieve a post qualification in dental sedation nursing in the future.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, travelling and attending concerts.
Clare Pain

Clare qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2009 and has been a highly valued member of our team since then. She is also qualified to take impressions. Clare splits her time between reception and nursing. Clare now works with us part time since having four beautiful children (two of which are identical twin girls!) and has two adorable pugs, Dotty and Archie.

Alex qualified as a dental nurse in 2016 and has been with us since January.

In her spare time Alex enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on holiday and walking her golden retriever Sonny.
Natasha Bartlett
Natasha is our full time receptionist and is the newest member of our growing team. In her spare time Natasha enjoys attending gym classes, spending time with her family and watching lots of Greys Anatomy! Natasha is very tidy and organised with a passion for patient care.
